Throughout his career Julian has led large cross-functional teams through field and site operations projects, technology and systems implementations, and process improvement and compliance initiatives — utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Having been exactly where many of his clients are today, Julian understands firsthand the frustration of being a highly qualified, experienced project manager and still struggling to land the role you deserve. That lived experience — combined with his deep technical expertise and PMP certification — is what drove him to build Titan Talent Group. Julian founded this company not just to run a business, but to solve a problem he lived through personally and ensure that no talented project manager has to navigate the job market alone.
Shakiyra Moore — Co-Founder
Shakiyra Moore is a PMP-certified project management professional with 20+ years of experience across retail, healthcare, logistics, energy, and technology. Having spent years managing teams, interviewing PM candidates, and sitting in on hiring discussions, Shakiyra knows firsthand exactly what companies are looking for — and what it takes to get hired.
