Julian A. Blount is a PMP-certified project management professional with 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects across multiple industries. Throughout his career Julian has led large cross-functional teams through field and site operations projects, technology and systems implementations, and process improvement and compliance initiatives — utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Having been exactly where many of his clients are today, Julian understands firsthand the frustration of being a highly qualified, experienced project manager and still struggling to land the role you deserve. That lived experience — combined with his deep technical expertise and PMP certification — is what drove him to build Titan Talent Group. Julian founded this company not just to run a business, but to solve a problem he lived through personally and ensure that no talented project manager has to navigate the job market alone.
